Too many customers for too long have taken energy for granted. The energy market needs to engage customers, whether in business or domestic settings, like never before. Our energy future relies on helping customers to become active energy users rather than passive energy users.
Companies offering products and services with energy in mind can now win awards for the hard work, talent and expertise that goes into their energy marketing.
The awards have been specifically designed to reward your marketing efforts and have a commercial meaning to your customers, for example the ‘Best customer journey’ award demonstrates how your company is committed to your customer from initial enquiry to becoming a happy customer.
There are 11 overall categories for you to consider entering. The vast majority are split into SME/Large company guaranteeing that you are competing on a level playing field.
The expert panel of judges who will be debating entries have over 115 years of senior marketing experience between them. The judging panel also includes experts who understand the energy market and energy marketing, including SEA’s Communications Officer, Laura Blaj.
